Aging Resources This site provides significant information about people with disabilities and aging from the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Aging with Developmental Disabilities. http://www.rrtcadd.org/index.html

AgrAbility: AgrAbility includes resources to assist individuals with disabilities to achieve success working and living in agricultural communities.

Transition Institution to Community: Information is provided regarding Transitioning from institutional programs to community life.  Information specific to how homes can be made more accesssible is provided on the At Home page, which contains a floorplan and links to information about AT and organizational tips that can be helpful in every room of the house.
